At New Rivers our philosophy is simple: get great local ingredients, make as much as we can from scratch, and let the seasons dictate our cooking. From our charcuterie program to our house made pastas, to our seafood, meats, and vegetables, we use traditional techniques and methods to create our menu and think that handmade and process driven cooking is a truly worthwhile endeavor. While we offer our full menu at our bar, we do not accept reservations at the bar. Our bar is first come first served.
