    WINE EDUCATION: Judgement of Paris - 1976

    An event that changed the world of wine forever! In 1976 an British wine merchant, Steven Spurrier, wanted to see what would happen if the biggest names in French wine and gastronomy tasted BLIND the legendary wines of Burgundy and Bordeaux against their California counterparts. The results have shaped the world of wine ever since and opened the doors for a whole new global wine industry. We are going to discuss not only what happened, but the impact of one of the greatest days in wine history which shocked the world.     We could not be more excited to announce our WINE SHOWCASE with Skurnik Wine & Spirits!Join us on Sunday – September 22nd from 1pm-4pm for a deep dive into this stunning portfolio with a tasting of 30+ wines, plus an ability to add on “CHAMPAGNE ROOM” exclusive to taste some of the worlds greatest Grower-Champagnes. Skurnik Wine & Spirits is an absolutely stunning custodian of great wine coming into this country and has been helping Nouvelle Bar & Bottle bring some of the best selections into this community for years. Their portfolio is chalked full of so much tantalizing juice it is simply mind blowing. This event will give you a whirlwind glimpse into just how deep this group roles. You will not want to miss this an awesome little day of wine madness. Tickets get you a tasting glass with free rein to taste wines though out the duration of event + a presale sheet (all wines will be available for purchase at discounted price during the event). “The Champagne Room” is an exclusive area dedicated to all those bubble heads to explore some of the greatest Grower producers around. We will be showcasing a bunch of fantastic bottles through out the event. This element can be added on as additional supplement to the day.

    Growers Not Showers: Champagne Party

    It is back!We are beyond excited to announce our 3rd annual “Growers Not Showers” party, on Saturday - February 15th, 2025 @ 6pm. We are obsessed with Champagne produced from small family-owned estates (GROWERS) and we are throwing an all-out party to celebrate that love with you on VALENTINE’S WEEKEND! This event will feature an open Champagne bar with pours from some of our favorite producers: Mousse & Fils, Rene Geoffroy, Robert Moncuit, Adrien Renoir, Chartogne Taillet, Pierre Paillard, Laherte Feres and many more. There will be a sensational spread of food, including a decadent raw bar, from chef Noam Bilitzer (Meesh Meesh). We are bringing in a DJ to spin those great vibes all night and we also have a few surprises up our sleeves throughout the evening.COCKTAIL ATTIRE (JACKETS REQUIRED FOR GENTLEMEN)Tickets are $265 a person.
