Sauce Class with Chef Trent
Take that dinner party to the next level with One Fish Raw Bar sauce class! Over the years at One Fish we've had multiple requests for a sauce class. This class is coming to reality this month, October 21st, Monday night at 7:00 PM. We will cover 5 sauces, as well as dive into the mind of Chef Trent. This class is more than showing you five recipes. In this class we will discuss theory and thought process, why the right equipment matters, seasoning, stock making, viscosity and body, the importance of sugar, acid, and salt in cuisine and more. This will be a hands-on class. We will taste sauces together and work on adjusting seasoning just like we do with the new culinary staff to help teach and refine our palates. The class costs 200$ per person, included is one complimentary glass of wine, beer, or sake, recipes and take home jars of our favorite One Fish sauces, and a sashimi platter. See you soon!
