Flight Cleveland's 6th Annual Clambake

Chef David Kocab will be popping up for the sixth annual clambake at Flight Cleveland. We're headed east of the Mediterranean for a Turkish influenced-menu. Each ticket includes the following:One Dozen ClamsTurkish Spiced Chicken Tomato and Sausage SkewersRoasted EggplantSumac Onion SaladHummusBazlama BreadAdditional Enhancements Available:Zataar Lamb Shoulder finied with pomegranate molasses $15Hamsi Tava - cornmeal fried anchovies with dressed greens and lemon $10Extra Clams - served by the dozen $15PRE-ORDERING YOUR CLAMBAKE IS REQUIRED and we're offering two timeframes for the experience: 2pm-4:30pm or 5:30pm-8pm.
