PAWPAW is a pop-up restaurant dedicated to showcasing the ingredients farmed, fished, and foraged on the North Fork of Long Island. On select Saturday evenings, PAWPAW convenes at The Lin Beach House in Greenport to create a five course tasting menu celebrating the bounty that makes the North Fork such a magical place. The result is an ever-rotating multi-course culmination of the season's harvest. We look forward to hosting you soon.

    PAWPAW x Macari Vineyards

    SATURDAY NOVEMBER 23rd - 5pm and 8pm. You know them, you love them - Macari Vineyards is joining us again in the PAWPAW dining room! This time, with a couple selections from their new brand Meadowlark! The Macari family has been growing grapes in Mattituck since 1995. The waterfront farm, with sweeping views of the Long Island Sound, was established by the family over 50 years ago. Since the first vines were planted in 1995, Macari Vineyards has been recognized as an industry leader in regenerative agriculture, with a focus on organic and biodynamic farming principles. The vineyard is home to a herd of cattle, used for composting, and grows grapes without the use of herbicides. Don't miss this experience! Ticket price includes full menu with wine pairings.

    PAWPAW x Anthony Nappa Wines

    SATURDAY OCTOBER 26th - 5pm and 8pm. Winemaker Anthony Nappa returns to the PAWPAW experience. For years, Anthony has been creating remarkable wines from the best vineyards in New York. Combining new world technology and old-world traditions, Anthony focuses on accentuating the full expression of the wine grown in this place. He'll be bringing along some real heavy hitters to this dinner and if you've ever tasted his stuff, you know what that means! He'll be on hand to chat about the selections and answer any questions. Don't sleep on these seats - they will go fast!Ticket price includes full menu with wine pairings.
