Care has been taken to bring a wide wine selection from around the world-France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, California, and of course Germany to pair with the menu. Nothing is overlooked to ensure the globally-inspired dishes at Alfred's Restaurant go beyond expectations. Along with many entrées from the land & sea, we also offer German selections, including sauerbraten, jaegerschnitzel, roasted duckling and the popular German mix platter. With indoor dining as well as our new covered and heated outdoor courtyard, you are sure to find the right seat in the house. Reservations highly recommended. Due to increased no show and last minute cancellation activity, you may be asked to provide a credit card when making your reservation. Charges will only be processed for no shows and last minute cancellations that cannot be re booked.

    Chef Heath will create a down under menu to complement the wines of Penfold's Winery. Since 1844, Penfolds has been grounded in experimentation, curiosity and uncompromising quality. Their success has been driven by a lineage of visionary winemakers. It began with Dr Christopher and Mary Penfold, the pioneers who dreamed big, inventing tonics, brandies, and fortified wines made from grapes and Australian sunshine. It continued with Alf Vesey, Ray Beckwith and Max Schubert, celebrated winemaking legends who pushed Penfolds to extraordinary, bold new heights. It is this pioneering spirit and curiosity that has helped Penfolds become one of the most celebrated winemakers in the world today.

    Chef Heath will create a 5 course meal to pair with the amazing wine creations of the Sean Minor Winery. Sean Minor Wines was founded in 2005 by Sean and Nicole Minor, husband and wife team, and is still family-owned and operated to this day. They work diligently alongside sustainable, experienced growers in California’s premier appellations to produce varietally true high quality wines.
