BE.STEAK.A is an American steakhouse with fine dining Italian roots. Founded by Chef/Owner Jeffrey Stout of Orchard City Kitchen. Chef Patrick Capurro runs the helm under Chef's Stouts watchful eye. BE.STEAK.A prides itself in lavish extravagant touches that invite the guest into a special kind of restaurant. Our friendly staff are professional seasoned veterans who look at hospitality as an art. We feature both an a la carte menu as well as a prix fixe tasting menu. BE.STEAK.A has two private dining rooms for larger parties doing events as well as two outdoor patios. Our cocktail program and bar are second to none. We have one of the largest selections of Vintage Amaro. Wine Director Ty Blana has crafted a well thought out list. We offer lunch Friday and Saturday. Join us on Thursday, November 14th as we pop corks from one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy: Bouchard Père & Fils. The Bouchard family has been making wine in Bourgogne for nearly 3 centuries, producing wines of elegance and place. From their very first vineyard holdings in Volnay at 'Les Caillerets' to the Grand Crus of the Côte de Nuits, their reach and experience with the finest sites in Burgundy are vast. We invite you to experience these wines with us as Executive Chef Patrick Capurro presents 4 courses inspired by these stunning wines. His estate, nestled in Piemonte's Langhe Hills, has become synonymous with excellence in winemaking and innovation.
