Inspired by Basque country bars and traditions originating from the Valencia region of Spain, Del Rey presents Noche de Paella! Join us on one Thursday night per month as we dine together celebrating good flavors in the company of good people. Each week's gathering will highlight a five course menu featuring a pinxto, ensalada, tapa, and one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine...paella! Optional add-ons include curated wine selections or our sangrias from resident bar man, Alex Bravo. Allow Jose Ibarra-Sandoval to transport you for a fun and interactive evening!
