Chef's Table Experience @ The Roost
Join us for a one-of-a-kind dining experience at our Roost. Available for a maximum of 6 guests, on the October 24th, 2024 at 7:00pm. Executive Chef Francis Martinez will prepare a 5 course meal that's sure to delight. Enjoy front row seats of the kitchen working their magic along with personalized interactions from our team and views of the main dining room. Due to the uniqueness of this experience the menu will not be shared prior to the day; dietaries can be accommodated with 7 days notice. All payments are non-refundable however dates can be moved, pending availability, with two weeks notice. Join us after work for a tribute to this iconic drink whereby you’ll learn and experience the history, the ingredients and preparation methodology.
