Owner and Chef Simon has over 10 years experience working in different restaurants in Australia, especially focusing on contemporary Japanese cuisine. He believes the key is to choose the best quality ingredients to keep the highest standard at first place. Also his team prefer to home make all the sauces and products to make our food healthy, MSG free, Gluten free, and keep the original taste of food as it is.

    Chef Simon was trained in Sakae Sushi in Tokyo with chef Kazato San and Ogawa San for sushi making. And he went to Kyoto get training from famous Michelin 3-starred restaurant Kikunoi with chef Murada San for traditional Kaiseki Ryori. Unfortunately we can't cater any dietary requirements and no substitutions can be made at Omakase. Our food contains raw and cooked seafood, egg, shellfish, sesame, dairy, gluten and meat. We require credit card details to secure reservation but will not process any charges to the card. We accept cancellations or change booking request. Please send us notice at least 24 hours or you will incur a cancellation fee. Shiso omakase opening in Cronulla until end of Oct then move to new location in city.
