Mezcalería Insurreto is a space that has marked its spot in the gastronomic scene of San Miguel de Allende since 2013. The constant renewal of the menu makes this a fresh and innovative place. Our selection of Mezcales and Mexican Spirits is unmatched, since we are based on the Master Mezcaleros and the different agaves that we can find, resulting in a menu rich in very special spirits and boutique batches.Our menu includes dishes as unique as the Porkbelly bathed in Mole Negro from Oaxaca, made entirely at home with the recipe of our Chef Mario Iribe-Benítez, originally from that state in southeastern Mexico. We love to include endemic Mexican ingredients in our products and present dishes full of flavor and color for all audiences, including vegan and vegetarian options.In addition to our restaurant, we have a Tasting Room where we carry out Sensory Tastings of Mezcal & Mexican Spirits.
