The drinks he has created are variations on the classics that you may recognise but have been given a LOCKES twist. We have introduced some interesting new processes and some amazing new products; we are excited to see what you think. They are the perfect accompaniment to our Neapolitan style sourdough pizza from Chef Alessandro Parisi.Of course, we still offer all the classics and can make whatever cocktail you desire, the back bar is creaking under the weight of delectable spirits and liqueurs that the team will happily help you to navigate.
