The history of the Corona family is extremely interesting, dates from the time of the General Ramon Corona who, during the French intervention played a fundamental role in the fall of the Emperor Maximilian. This restaurant is the guardian of the traditional techniques of mestizo cuisine, with flavors and recipes dating back to the times of the Mexican Independence until the beginning of the twentieth century.
