Chef Lea has lived and breathed Key West's very own bounty of delicious seafood for over 20 years. Winning many awards along the way for items like 'Butter Poached Florida lobster' and our signature dish 'Shrimp & Grits', he decided to give back much of what he has learned and create a largely seafood menu with flavors ranging from Cajun/Creole to the far East of Asia.
