The Rue Experience
A five-course tour of our current offerings, selected to create a seamless dining experience. This menu showcases the broad range of our cuisine with a focus on the best available ingredients of the season. Due to the nature of this menu we cannot always accommodate extensive allergies or dietary needs, but can prepare meals without gluten, pork, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, or dairy (with the exception of butter). This is a 2-3 hour dining experience depending on your party size. Participation by the entire table is required. Thank you for your understanding.

Join us for a 5-course tasting menu celebrating the American West's fall game meats & foraged products. This is a set menu for the evening and unfortunately we can not accommodate any allergies or modifications. The timeline for adding wine pairings to your meal has expired as of 10/14/24. Wine pairings will not be available to add on the night of the dinner. Other beverages ordered that evening will be on a seperate check for the night. Tax & gratuity is included in this ticket purchase. Menu items are subject to change based on product availability. Tickets are very limited and 100% non-refundable for this event.
