At the incubator we pour straight from our bright tanks, so you know the beer is the freshest it could possibly be. Enjoy our year-round favourites, Freshly Hatched limited releases, and our incubator-only brews: we are constantly brewing new and innovative creations just to be served in our tasting room. We have some great food options on our end of Smith Street: Order from our local pizzeria, Red Sparrow, with QR code ordering that brings the food right to your table, or indulge in one of our Falco Cheese Melt toasties. Outside of Red Sparrow's hours, we are a BYO food venue so you are more than welcome to bring in anything from our local neighbours for your party.
