When the weather is fine, we open the French Doors & pull up the patio blinds, creating an alfresco dining experience. When it’s not so nice, we seat you in the inner restaurant, featuring plenty of natural light and glimpses of the vineyard and garden.Our menu prepared by Head Chef Drew Buntine, features fresh, local produce, perfectly matched to the extensive range of Buller Wines from our wine list. Our entrées are perfect for sharing and Drew's Grass Fed, Eye Fillet Steak, with a Balladeer Jus is a winner with steak lovers. This is more than just a dinner – it’s a celebration of the season, a toast to the craftsmanship that defines Buller Wines, and an opportunity to revel in the splendour of spring. We start with canapés and welcome drinks on the lawn, overlooking the Calliope Vineyard, followed by a Three Course Dinner, curated by Head Chef, Drew Buntine.
