Oysters and Rosé
Have your quintessential East End summer moment with us! Enjoy a bottle of our Scielo Rosé,* alongside a dozen local oysters. Classically paired with our house take on mignonette, and of course, lemons. The perfect way to spend a lazy summer afternoon, or usher in the weekend vibes before dinner. *Can also substitute for Scielo Sauvignon Blanc if preferred! This offering is $55++, for one dozen oysters and one bottle of wine. Bookings are assuming the party size is 2 people per order. However, feel free to increase number of orders and let us know your total party size in the notes!

Día De Los Muertos
Save the date!!! Saturday November 2nd 7:00pm - 11:00pm • Join us for evening of tradition, entertainment, food and wine as we explore and revel in the unique and historic customs of Dia De Muertos. The Day of the Dead – a holiday that reunites the living and dead – that celebrates life and death.This event is 21+ Adult Only. This is a cocktail or themed attire event, and costumes are very encouraged!House of Yes is back to tempt and awe us with their with performances while DJ Phil from Make Some Noise has our back in the music department. Dinner and mezcal will be a must.Don’t forget to bring a 4 x 6 image of a loved one who has passed away to place them on our ofrenda.*Cancelations less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.

This preorder option is great for groups of friends and takes your exactly where you want to go- after all, Scielo means Heaven!•One Bottle of Scielo Wine per two people*•Guacamole + Chips for your group•Cheese Plates for your group•Sparkling Water*Unopened bottles can certainly go home with you as the perfect souvenir! For odd numbers, we of course round up to your benefit.

Create Your Own Red Blend!
Blend your own red with us, using our estate petit verdot, caub sauv, cab fran, and merlot. This session is great for those curious to learn more about the nuance of oenology. Sip through different red varietals, blending them at your own pace, and creating a blend specific to you and your tastes!Your experience will include a wine blending session led by one of our wine experts and a selection of artisanal snacks. Blending sessions last approximately 90 minutes, with the remaining reservation time spent at your leisure as we bottle your personal red blend. (Your custom bottle makes a great souvenir from your visit!)Our wine blending experience is also available to-go! This specially curated Blending Session in a Box comes equipped with 4 red wine varietals to taste and mix, tools, activity mats, and a booklet with links to a virtual playlist of videos to walk you through the art of tasting and blending wine. It also includes a bottle of Scielo Tinto (our winemaker’s blend)! This makes a great follow-up to share at home or on the go with family and friends and makes a great gift for wine lovers and wine newbies alike. RG|NY Wine Tasting Experience
Wake up your palate with some RG|NY wines and small bites! Allow our staff to guide you through a wine tasting of 4 different wines paired with specifically curated food items. Your experience will consist of about 45 minutes of guided interaction, with the remaining hour spent at your leisure among your party. This is not a lunch and should not be treated as such. Food items are of a tasting portion and are tools to assist in the tasting process. Additional items can be ordered from our menu as desired on-site.
