    This is the premier experience offered at Rootstalk. Expanding on the seven course tasting menu offered throughout the restaurant with additional courses highlighting seasonal produce and cooking techniques. Seated at the Chef’s Counter in the Root Cellar at Rootstalk. The Chef’s Counter has direct lines of sight to the kitchen and communication with our culinary team is welcomed. You are truly part of the cooking experience. This tasting menu is offered at $207 for food with elevated wine pairing offered at an additional price. The tasting menu is selected seasonally and changes with frequency, some food allergies and dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please inform us of your allergies when you book so we can plan accordingly.

    Christmas Eve 2024

    Come celebrate Christmas with us at Rootstalk. We will be offering a 5 course tasting menu in the entirety of the dining room on Christmas Eve for $150 a person. A la carte menus will not be offered on this night. Wine pairings are optional and will be $125 per person. We are able to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies with advanced notice, please note them on your reservation.

    Rootstalk Seven Course Tasting Menu

    Offered in the dining rooms, the tasting menu at Rootstalk is presented nightly with Chef Matt Vawter’s selection of seven courses offered at $149 per person for food. This is a wonderful opportunity to allow the culinary and service team to guide you through our menu highlighting seasonal ingredients with technique-focused presentations. Wine pairings are optional and give you the chance for our talented wine team to guide you through our global wine list. Full table participation is required; dietary restrictions & most food allergies can be accommodated with advanced notice only. If you would like to switch to a la carte dining we require 24 hours notice to make that adjustment.

    Troubadour Bread & Bistro Guest Dinner 10/25/24

    Sean & Melissa McGaughey from Troubadour Bread & Bistro in Healdsburg, California will be joining our team here for a special collaborative dinner on 10/25/24. This will be a 5 course Chef's tasting menu offered at $125 per person for food. Wine pairing is optional and will be available at guest request. Our full slate of wines by the glass, speciality cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages will be offered a la carte.     Come ring in the New Year with us at Rootstalk. We will be offering a 5 course tasting menu, at $150 a person throughout the dining room with wine pairings being optional and offered at $125 a person. There will be no a la carte dining option offered during this dinner service. Dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated with advanced notice.
