    We are open for lunch Monday-Friday 11 am to 3 pm We are open for dinner Monday-Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.Guests of 16Eleven must be 21 years or older.If you are reserving a table for more than 8 people, please call (425) 374-7046 or email info@1611everett.com. Tock will not allow large party reservations.Happy Hour is from 4-6 p.m. Monday-Friday in the bar and lounge only. Happy Hour menus will not be available in the dining room. Enjoy Tasting Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to close in our bar and lounge. More info is available on the website.If you are making reservations on Friday or Saturday, there is a chance there may be an event happening upstairs in Kings Hall. We are in a multi-use entertainment venue, so it is rare, but possible that sounds from the third-floor stage may be heard faintly in our restaurant.     Tuesday Night Supper Club

    Join us Oct. 22 for a special night when The James Dean Machine plays the 16Eleven stage while you enjoy a four-course prix fixe dinner specially-crafted by Chef Brandon. Known for their unique blend of classic rock, soulful melodies, and high-energy performances, The James Dean Machine will perform the music of Bruce Springsteen, Joe Cocker, and Steely Dan.The evening costs $100 per person, which includes the entertainment and dinner (tax, gratuity and beverages, not included). The $25 deposit holds your reservation and is included in $100.The entire Supper Club experience is about three hours. Courses are served at a pace intended to enhance the experience.Here is the menu for the evening.     Sink into pure opulence at one of the velvet booths originally located in our grand ballroom. Happy Hour menus are not available in the dining room effective Monday, March 18. Happy Hour is celebrated in the bar and lounge Monday-Friday from 4-6 p.m.We will hold your booth table for up to 15 minutes past your reserved time. Please make sure your entire party is present and ready to be seated at your reserved time. Tables of two are allowed a two-hour dining window. Tables of four are allowed a three-hour dining window. To respect the people who reserved your booth after you, we implemented a time limit. You are welcomed to move your experience to our lounge at any time.
