Solminer was created by husband and wife, David and Anna deLaski. Their 12-acre Demeter certified Biodynamic® farm and vineyard is just 0.5 miles away from downtown Los Olivos, where you can find the Solminer tasting room open at 11am every weekend. With a vineyard and tasting room located in Los Olivos, Solminer is proud to offer farm to glass wines. Our winery reflects our personal desire to produce natural wines using varietals related to our Austrian heritage.

    deLanda Farm and Vineyard Tour

    Visit our Bidoynamic farm and vineyard for a walking tour. We'll show you the vines that make the wines as well as our menagerie of farm animals! Along the way, we will discuss our Biodynamic and Regenerative Organic Farming practices. This experience is complimentary for 2 people per wine club membership and $20 per non-wine club guest (including children). Once you register, you will be emailed directions to our private farm. Sorry no pets allowed. The tour does not include wine tasting so please book a separate reservation at our Los Olivos tasting room which is a 5 minute drive from the farm.

    Wine Tasting

    Join us at our tasting room for indoor and outdoor tastings.Our tasting is $20 per person and will take you through 5 or 6 of our wines.Tasting fees are waived with a 3 bottle purchase per tasting. Allow 60-75 minutes for the tasting exerience.Reserve your spot now and payment will be collected when you check out in the tasting room after your visit. Please choose the number of guests in your party, including children and those who may not be drinking. Our table limit is 8 people. Contact us if your group is larger and we will try to accommodate you. Tour companies please contact us directly instead of making a reservation.
