Harvest Wine Dinner
As the mists of fall give way to the crisp, dark nights of winter, Mineral Springs Ranch beckons you to experience the warmth and magic of our hospitality. Join us for an exclusive harvest wine dinner where we'll unveil a rare and limited-edition wine, crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Savor a delectable multi-course meal from Chef Clayton Allen, expertly paired with our finest vintages and rare library wines, as you indulge in an intimate gathering of wine enthusiasts by the glow of the fireplace. Our winemaking team will be in attendance to share insights about the 2024 harvest, providing guests with a unique opportunity to learn more about the journey of our wines from vineyard to table. There are just 45 tickets available for this special event. Each ticket includes a $50 credit that can be applied to purchases made during the evening of the event only.Please note we are unable to accommodate vegan dietary requests for this event.

MSR Provisions Tasting Experience
Our Provisions Tasting is a 90 minute culinary experience guided by a hospitality and wine specialist. While sampling current release wines, our chef will serve you a multi-course meal crafted from the produce and meat we grow on our biodynamic farm. As the tasting of wine is essential to the enjoyment of this experience, bookings are reserved for guests ages 21 and over. Please note, parties may be combined with other visitors. This tasting is offered Friday - Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. This experience is $150 per person or $100 per person for club members. Member pricing is available for up to four or six guests, dependent on Wine Club Membership. Payment is due in full to finalize booking, gratuity is not included in the cost of the tasting.

MSR Classic Tasting
Enjoy a flight of current release wines in a seated format guided by one of our wine and hospitality specialists. This tasting lasts for approximately 45-60 minutes. Please note, parties may be combined with other guests. This experience is $45 per person, $10 of which is requested at the time of booking and is non-refundable within 48 hours of the reservation. The remaining $35 tasting fee is due on the day of tasting, and is waived with a two-bottle purchase. All fees are complimentary for our Wine Club Members up to a party of four or six, depending on your membership level.
