Sun Raised Foods is a Cornelius based company working with farmers across North Carolina and Virginia to raise Animal Welfare Approved (AWA) lamb on the pastures of local solar farms. The lamb for the January 29th event will come from the Montgomery Sheep Farm located in Biscoe N.C. less than 70 miles from Cornelius.
