As winemakers, we talk at great lengths about distinctions. Differences in varietals, vineyards and vintages form the foundations of our craft and influence the unique wines we produce each year. Come and explore these differences at our Seafood Celebration. Join us for a three-course lunch at our Hill Park Cellar Door on Saturday 26th October from 12pm as we share the beauty of contrast in food and wine pairings. Each course will showcase fresh seafood prepared in two different styles, highlighting diverse flavours and striking culinary techniques. We've matched each course with two Swinging Bridge wines that complement the menu pairings. Your ticket includes lunch and paired wines.
