Weekday Pavilion Rental | Edward Jones Pavilion
Reserve our Edward Jones pavilion at The Hub STL! Our pavilions can accommodate up to 55 guests, with tables and chairs provided. Each rental is three hours long. The Hub STL requires that all food/drink be purchased from one of our vendors, Hi-Pointe, 4 Hands Brewery and Napoli Bros. We do not allow any outside food or drink to be brought in. We do allow cake for parties. In the event of severe weather, the pavilion rental may be rescheduled. There are no refunds for pavilion rentals.No Show Policy: If your group does not arrive within 30 minutes of your rental period, your pavilion will be reopened to the public. For specific questions about our pavilion rentals, please contact Autumn Abad at aabad@tsgproperties.comThe District Code of ConductWelcome to the District! To ensure that every visitor has an enjoyable experience at The District, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to the following code of conduct:- Parents are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their respectful behavior.- Sporting equipment and ball playing are not permitted at The District due to safety concerns.- Leashed pets are welcome, but are not permitted on the turf.- No weapons, guns or other items that present a risk of harm to person or property.- Stay off the Hub STL stage.- No smoking or vaping in the Hub STL.- No glass is permitted in any outdoor area. - No illegal, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.- No solicitation or loitering.- No skateboards, scooters, hoverboards or other personal transportation devices.
