Michelin has agreed, awarding Chef Peter a star for 15 consecutive years.Chef's tasting menu, composed of multiple courses featuring items from local farms and fishermen, is the highlight. Goodfella's Night at The Plumed Horse
On Sunday October 27th, join us for a night of Mobster fun as Chefs Peter and Louis will be serving classic East Coast Italian. Ravs with Sunday Gravy, "New Jersey salad," Italian bread, lots of sides, and a good time. Jeffrey will have enough Barolo to fill the trunk of a Cadillac, Pepsi will be imported in cans, and Chris will be serving up Creme de Menthe cocktails with dessert. Vintage 1970's East Coast apparel is encouraged; big hair with lipstick and ugly wide ties will earn you a bottle of Chianti to take home. The dinner is priced at $225 per guest inclusive of food, wine, pepsi, and creme de menthe. Kids are welcome and will be served unlimited soda. In lieu of gratuity, a 22% service charge will be added to all purchases.

Enjoy Chef Armellino’s quintessentially California cuisine multi-course tasting menu. The Plumed Horse has been awarded a coveted Michelin Star consecutively each year since 2009. The tasting menu will delight your senses with a specially curated, elegantly balanced menu bound to leave a lasting impression. It is the best of what we offer. This is an 8-course experience priced at $225 per guest. Caviar service and Japanese Wagyu beef, when available, are available for a supplement AQ. In lieu of a tip or gratuity, a 23% service charge will be applied to all purchases.
