The stockings are hung and the halls are decked at The Raven Room for our Miracle Christmas Pop-Up. Expect to immerse yourself into our expertly crafted winter wonderland with the kitschiest of holiday décor, professionally-developed cocktails, the same delicious plates from our kitchen that you know & love and the nostalgic energy of the best office party you’ve ever been to. Miracle is sure to get even the grouchiest grinch in the holiday spirit.Right in the heart of the Whistler Village, this Christmas pop-up will be taking over The Raven Room, from November 22nd until January 5th.We look forward to ho-ho-hosting you!**All reservations are subject to a two hour dining time**PARTIES OF 6 or MORE are subject to a $10 per person deposit.The deposit will be refunded back to the original method of payment upon arrival.The deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to your reservation. Join us at The Raven Room to experience four Whistler bartenders go head to head in a NEGRONI WEEK cocktail competition in partnership with Campari. TICKET INCLUDES- Four Full sized cocktailsTIMELINE4 PM - doors open5:45 PM - last call for public to vote6:00 PM - judges announce the WINNER!COMPETING BARTENDERS from- Eddy Lim, Bar Oso- Kat Scibiorski, Wild Blue- Sam Surowry, 21 Steps- Callum Tinman, The Raven RoomJUDGES- Dylan Riches, bar manager of Michelin star 2023 Published on Main restaurant, World class runner up 2024, Vancouver Bartender of the year 2023- Chanel Wood, Industry professional for years and Territory manager for Campari group- Emily McTamney, industry professional over 10 years, creator of many menus, competitor of competitionsThe judges will score the competing bartenders based on visual appeal & presentation, balance & taste, complexity & originality, cocktail name and use of the Campari portfolio and Aviation Gin.Guests will also be able to vote for their favourite cocktail in a separate public vote category.
