The name and logo of our restaurant was inspired by Waterloo Records, an independent and “underground” record store in Austin founded by owner Josh Karp’s father, Louis. Josh followed in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps by creating a neighborhood gathering place featuring great food, drinks and music, as well as extraordinary and personable customer service.
