Chef's Table Experience
Chef Adam will be your personal host for the evening as you dine in the Knox Vault, built in 1888, a mere 27 years after Kansas entered the Union. You and your guests will enjoy a bottle of wine, selected by Chef Adam to pair with your meal. The Chef's Table is only reserved once per evening. We recommend the reservation start at 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. The cost is $150.00 plus tax per person. You pay now for one seat as a deposit. If you require an earlier start time, please reach out to us at whitelinenmanager@gmail.com. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.

White Linen Reservation
October 1st is Tapas Tuesday. PLEASE NOTE that the First (1st) Tuesday of the Month (or the last Tuesday of a month if the 1st is a Wed/Thurs) we often do Tapas Tuesday. Due to no-call, no-shows, we have temporarily implemented a $50 per person reservation hold. If you no-call, no-show or cancel within 12 hours of your reservation, we reserve the right to charge you the holding fees. Depending on the situation, we may choose not to charge that fee. Each night is prepared for the number of guests we see coming to dine with us on our system, so thank you for understanding. We cannot wait to serve you!
