Join us at Valle for Chef Roberto Alcocer’s third annual Día de los Muertos Celebration in Oceanside. This deeply meaningful tradition comes to life with Chef Roberto and the Valle team dressed as Catrines and Catrinas, as they present a special 6-course Black Menu inspired by the rich culture and flavors of Mexico.This year’s menu will feature artfully crafted dishes such as Bacalao and Drunken Wagyu with chichilo negro among other culinary delights. The setting features a private patio with a fireplace, offering a unique indoor-outdoor ambiance. Available exclusively at 6pm, with no alternative times. Join us in concluding our inaugural O’wineside Mexican Wine Festival with an exclusive 6-course dinner at Valle starting at 6:30PM. Chef Alcocer, along with Baja guest chefs Miguel Bahena from Madre in Ensenada and Omar Valenzuela from AVIA in Mexicali and Célida Café in Ensenada, will craft a special tasting menu. Each course will be meticulously paired with premier Mexican wines from Bruma in Valle de Guadalupe; Parvada in Coahuila; and Vinaltura in Querétaro. Valle's El Sillón offers a unique four-course dining experience. Guests will enjoy this exclusive culinary journey seated side by side at El Sillón, located next to Valle's bar. The menu will be exclusively curated by Chef Roberto Alcocer as he selects four dishes each night off the tasting room menu offered in Valle's main dining room. The dishes will rotate each night.
