Based on Mill Road in the historic city of Cambridge, we are vanderlyle: a small restaurant which works directly with farmers, growers and producers to create a vegetable-focused tasting menu and matched flight of drinks, driven by the seasons and our suppliers. Headed by chef Alex Rushmer, our focus is on acting sustainably whenever possible: both for our team’s wellbeing and for the environment around us.

    Seasonal Tasting Menu

    Our seasonal tasting menu is inspired by the fresh produce that arrives every morning from our network of carefully chosen suppliers. Expect balanced, considered cooking with a focus on flavour and technique to showcase vegetables at their very best. Our maximum table size is five. We take bookings via Tock for two - five guests. Please contact us directly if you'd like to book a table for one. We can create vegan or gluten free versions of our tasting menu, but require at least 24 hours notice for this. Due to the nature of the set tasting menu, we cannot cater to other allergies or dietary requirements.
