Wine Makers Dinner
Join us on Saturday, November 9th for a Wine Makers Dinner in honor of Veteran's Day. Spend the evening in what was once Monitoring Station #1 and enjoy a delicious wine paired dinner with our winemaker, Mark Ward.Doors open at 6:30PM. Guests will receive a welcome glass of Sparkling Wine followed by a 4 course dinner, each course will be paired with Vint Hill Wines.Plated Dinner Menu:Ginger Carrot SoupCaeli Salad (baby spinach, gala apples, walnuts, cranberries, feta cheese) with a BalsamicVinaigretteBeef Bourguignon with pearled onions & carrots, served with creamy Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Brussel SproutsDessert of Chocoberries (chocolate based torte with a chocolate cream center and finished off with a mixed berry topping)Please note, a Vegetarian Entrée (Stuffed Acorn Squash with quinoa, maple, curry, cranberries, pistachios, and parsley) will need to be ordered no later than Wednesday, October 30th.RSVP required and limited tickets are available so seats will fill up quickly - don't delay.Catering provided by Pampa's Fox Catering.Tickets are $99 per guest (plus tax). Tasting Experience for Parties of 4-10
Enjoy a staff-guided wine tasting in our upstairs tasting room. Each tasting will include a one-ounce pour of 6 pre-selected Vint Hill wines. Our experienced staff will guide you through each wine with your group. Maximum of 10 guests per group. Anticipate your tasting to be around 45 minutes. Charcuterie plates and assorted cheese/crackers are available for purchase.If you have a guest with mobility issues and cannot walk upstairs, please contact the winery directly and we can adjust your table location.
