    Join us for a custom 4 course menu each paired with a Dovetail brew to complement. The evening begins with Tomato & Basil Bisque & Grilled Cheese paired with Kölsch, followed by Blackened Redfish paired with Helles Lager, Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff paired with Dunkel Lager, and ends with Turtle Bread Pudding paired with Baltic Porter. Dan Modica, Dovetail Brewery Sales Director, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process.
