    Acre’s Chef Counter Hearth Experience

    Want to nab a front row seat to view the action?Acre offers four hearth-facing high-top seats where guests can enjoy a special tasting menu and the immersive culinary experience of Acre’s open kitchen where your meal will be cooked under the direction of Chef/Owner Andrew Longres and the talented Acre Team. Acre Hearth Experience includes a 5-course pre-fixe tasting menu for $125 per person. While the kitchen can accommodate dietary restrictions, no substitutions please. Wine pairings are optional for $75 per person. Reservations must be made at least a 1 days in advance.A $125.00 per person deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to the final bill. Parties of two or less may be paired to maximize seating space.

Canapes and Beverages Will begin at 5:30pm and dinner seating at 6:00pmMenu will be:1st Course:South Texas Quail, Morcilla, Poached Pears, Toasted Farro, Huckleberry, Jus2nd Course:Aged Indiana Duck Breast, Toasted Pumpkin Seed, Fairytale Pumpkin, Sorghum Mustard Jus3rd Course:Illinois White Tale Venison, Heirloom Grits, Autumn Brassicas, Black French Truffle Jus4rd Course:Warm, Apple Honey Cake, Confit Apples, Blackberries, Crumbled OatsThere will be no a la carte dining options offered during this service.
