    Enjoy a curated, 1 hour wine experience.The Adelsheim Exploration Tasting is a nod to the curious spirit upon which Adelsheim Vineyard was founded over 53 years ago! Since the very beginning, and as one of the founding families of the Oregon wine industry, we remain driven by the pursuit of world-class winemaking here in this {still} undiscovered wine region that we call home: The Chehalem Mountains. This flight celebrates our legacy through a guided tasting showcasing the Chehalem Mountains AVA*, which includes 173 acres of prime vineyard plantings.This is the ultimate introduction to Adelsheim today, proudly evolved over 53 years of winegrowing. $40 per guest, waived with a $110 bottle purchase.

    The Cave Experience

    Only available seasonally, we invite you to taste some of Adelsheim’s most celebrated and limited-production wines - just steps from where they are crafted. Venture deep into our Chardonnay barrel cave for an intimate, casual, and educational wine and food pairing inspired by our home here in the Chehalem Mountains. This two-hour, private, guided experience is hosted by a wine educator. This experience includes an artisanal Cheese and Charcuterie Board with all the accoutrements (allergen warning: nuts, dairy, gluten).$95 per guest. Duration: 2 hoursWe kindly request that every guest experiencing the cave wears close-toed shoes.Complimentary for Club Adelsheim members (Heritage - 4 guests, Quarter Mile - 6 guests, Legacy - 8 guests).

    Holiday Cheer Tour & Tasting

    Join us for an amazing opportunity to take a tour behind the scenes of our facility, including the wine caves where our 2024 vintage wines are sound asleep until next year. We will have pouring stations of the perfect holiday wines for your dinner table strategically placed throughout the winery, along with festive themes and activities to get you and your friends into the holiday spirit. We will wrap the tour up in our “decked halls” within the tasting room for a special pour to go along with the wine country grazing table prepared by our harvest Chef.
