Situated in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley, The Setting Wines new tasting room is located adjacent to The Setting Inn in Newberg. The thoughtfully designed space invites guests to sample our acclaimed wines while basking in the understated luxury of the inn and the beauty of its surroundings. The tasting room features Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Sonoma County and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and a barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc.

    Our Signature Tasting introduces guests to our portfolio of wines by acclaimed winemaker Jesse Katz, featuring small production, highly rated Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs from the Willamette Valley and 100% varietal Cabernet Sauvignons from distinct vineyards within Napa Valley + Sonoma County.     We are thrilled to announce the second release of renowned winemaker Jesse Katz's Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley with wines from Eola Springs Vineyard in addition to Chehalem Mountain Vineyard. Each site captures the distinct terroirs of Oregon's most renowned wine appellations- Chehalem Mountains and Eola-Amity Hills.This comparative experience includes 5 wines and includes one of our highly rated Cabernet Sauvignons that Jesse Katz is best know for. Explore the nuances and unique personality and sense of place that shines through from these highly acclaimed vineyard sites. Served with lite "wine country" accompaniments.
