Embark on a culinary adventure with The Head Tilt Tasting at Picobar. This Omakase-inspired eight-course experience, infused with vibrant Mexican flair, promises to leave you craving more. Enjoy artisanal tortilla-inspired creations playfully referred to as "Head Tilts," bursting with flavor. Savor delicate tuna and caviar flautas, uni and crab tostadas, and the luxurious blend of lobster with green garlic butter. Each meticulously crafted course is thoughtfully paired with a unique beverage, designed to take your dining experience to new heights.The Head Tilt Tasting is offered every Tuesday at 8:00 PM. Reservations are released on the first of the month at 10:00 AM for the following month’s availability. The price of The Head Tilt Tasting menu is $210 per person, inclusive of taxes and a 20% service charge which is distributed 100% to, and divided among team members.
