Woods Hill Pier 4 is the latest addition to operating owner Kristin Canty’s Woods Hill family, which includes Woods Hill Table and Adelita in Concord, MA and The Farm at Woods Hill in Bath, NH. Woods Hill Pier 4 is a culmination of Canty’s and Chef Charlie Foster’s passions: food, family farms, and sustainable sourcing. Woods Hill Pier 4 carries on our mission of providing guests with delicious high quality, organic, and sustainably sourced foods and utilizing the “whole animal” approach. The Woods Hill philosophy is based on the ancestral diet, which means that the menus are changed frequently to feature only seasonal ingredients from local farmers and purveyors including our very own, The Farm at Woods Hill. Our dishes are comprised of the most nutrient-dense ingredients including grass-fed proteins, sustainably caught fish, raw milk cheeses, locally grown and soaked organic grains, healthy fats, and seasonal organic produce. You can trust that you will never find an ingredient on our menu that was made with added preservatives, antibiotics, artificial colors, saturated or trans fats, or GMOs.
