Black Caesar is a dining pop-up and part of YES, CHEF, the latest art exhibition presented by Water Street Projects at WSA located at 161 Water St. in Lower Manhattan. It is based on Tavares Strachan's installation of the same name, featured in the exhibition. Walk-ins are welcome. The prix-fixe menu is served family style (beverages not included). Lunch ($45 per person) is offered Friday through Sunday, 1pm - 2:30pm Dinner ($65 per person) is offered Friday through Saturday, 6pm - 7:30pm Lunch and dinner are both available for reservations and walk-ins now through December 15th.
