Chef “Ana” Somsri Raksamran welcomes us into a courtyard surrounded by towering bamboo and filled with lamps and vines that seem to fall from the sky… A very tropical setting for excellent Thai cuisine that transports us through the northeast, the central plains and the south of the country. Gaeng kiew wan, for example, is a delicious green curry typical of the south with a pleasant herbaceous and spicy touch: made with beef skirt, organic eggplant, baby corn and chopped green beans, this delight melts in the mouth and tastes even better accompanied by a freshly made roti canai bread. It is worth leaving room for khao niew mamuang, a colorful dessert made with mango at its perfect ripeness, sticky rice and coconut ice cream.
