Gohan Sushi is opened by two chefs who were starting their own business for the first time. Both chefs have been in the sushi industry for more than ten years. With their enthusiasm, they decided to start this new journey. The pursuit and love of the two chefs, make them to insist to use fresh ingredients and cook every dish with care. They continue to experiment and innovate, trying combining traditional Japanese dishes with Chinese cuisine to create novel dishes.
