Yosaku seeks to introduce patrons to Japanese culture through the foods of Japan. Yosaku boasts an extensive selection of fish and shellfish sourced locally and from all over the world, selecting only the best quality cuts for its sushi and sashimi. In the kitchen Yosaku serves many traditional foods of Japan including tempura, katsu-don, udon and soba noodles, also as featuring small plate dishes of agedashi-tofu, kinpira, hiyayakko and natto. Our soba noodles are made fresh daily with buckwheat grown in Aroostook, ME. Yosaku serves premium quality steak, pork and chicken as well as sushi quality salmon, shrimp and scallops teppan-grilled to perfection for those who prefer their fish cooked! Yosaku offers a traditional setting with sushi bar, table service and optional tatami seating. As weather permits, we offer outdoor seating on the deck overlooking our tranquil Japanese garden with waterfall, designed and built by Masa Seilko.
