Jade Rabbit at The Emerald Room is a family-friendly destination in Portland’s Kerns neighborhood. Reservations are strongly encouraged. We get fully booked during peak times (weekend brunch, dinner everyday) We cannot guarantee all items will be available at the time of reservation, everything is handmade in house everyday. Like all dimsum restaurants some of our most popular items sell out. Our space features vegan dim sum, pan-Asian fare, tea service, sake, NA beverages, cocktails, and house-made spirits. “Jade Rabbit” is the food of Cyrus Ichiza (previously of Ichiza Kitchen), a celebrated Portland Vegan chef featured in Eater PDX’s Eater 38 essential restaurants 2019-2021, Food Networks Alex vs. America, and the upcoming streaming documentary “Evolving Vegan”. We’re also a working distillery so you can watch the still-in action and purchase a bottle of spirits for your home bar. The Emerald Room showcases Aimsir’s spirits inspired by classic cocktails with a modern twist. A creative selection of sophisticated low- and no-ABV cocktails means everyone can join the merriment! ***Due to the size of our restaurant space, the max party size we can accommodate is 10 People for basic reservation seating*** We ask you to respect other guests and limit your dining experience to 90 minutes for smaller parties and 2 hours for larger groups. This allows us time to reset and seat other guests who are just as excited as you are to enjoy the space. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.
