Inspired by the typical Argentine houses, the Pobre Juan restaurant is one of the most respected steak houses in the country and was famous for its premium parrilla (Argentine grill), specially selected noble meat cuts, excellence in the wine list and its beer hot tub. To guarantee the quality of the Pobre Juan cuts, the brand monitors each step. It all starts with the selection of the animals, going through the monitoring of their feeding, until the portioning in exclusive cuts and total control of the maturation process. Only the selected pieces arrive at the houses in the ideal period and are ready for preparation. Pobre Juan appeared in 2004, with the Vila Olímpia restaurant, in São Paulo, out of the desire of a group of friends to taste good roasted meat on the grill, in a pleasant and comfortable environment. Currently, the group has 13 houses in Brazil, in the cities of São Paulo, Alphaville, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Goiânia, Brasília, Recife, Belo Horizonte and the newly opened one, in Porto Alegre.
