Rintaro is a Japanese izakaya with modern, Northern California sensibilities. The interior, which is outfitted in pacific cedar and redwood, is reminiscent of a shrine and the food is simple traditional fare, with an emphasis on ingredients and technique. Here's proof: konbu-cured Marin coast halibut sashimi with Half Moon Bay wasabi and handmade udon made daily.
