El Zócalo was born as a family business in 1991 in San Salvador, El Salvador. For years the name has remained an icon of Mexican food in Central America with a vision of expansion at the national and international level. That vision of expansion is materialized when arriving in Chile in 2018, as a result of an alliance between two friendly families. Since then, diners have been able to enjoy authentic Mexican flavors, colors, and recipes, as well as excellent service.
