Since its opening in 2016, Rubaiyat Chile was recognized for two consecutive years as: Best Meat Restaurant in Chile, Best Wine List and "Top 10 Gastronomic and Service Excellence", among others. It is located in the gastronomic center of the Capital, in the middle of Nueva Costanera Avenue where the best restaurants in the city are. It offers a menu that combines flavors of the authentic Brazilian and Spanish tradition combined with delicious local products from the sea and the land. A spacious, well-lit room with impressive certified solid wood tables, a retractable ceiling that allows the sensation of eating outdoors, open kitchen with a clay oven and a beautiful tropical garden surround the room, making Rubaiyat Chile a restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We also have two private rooms on the second floor, perfect for family and business gatherings. It is the ninth restaurant of the group that arrived in the Chilean capital to expand its gastronomic limits.
