After José Tomás and Asbjorn met in 2003, they realized that they shared the same dream: to make the best beer. Our philosophy is based on merging the best of both brewing worlds: Thinking like artisans, that is, using only 100% natural ingredients without preservatives or additives, achieving natural carbonation and taking adequate time to mature our beers. And on the other hand, we have implemented modern technology on a small scale: we incorporate stainless steel, automated processes and a quality control laboratory. This combination of artisan and modern, between tradition and innovation, is the essence of our Microbrewery, which can be seen reflected in each beer in our portfolio. We hope you enjoy them!
