They say that good ideas are better if they are shared. And when talking about cooking, much more, because the essence of a good meal is to communicate affection and dedication through a delicious dish. In 2012, María Jesús and Elisa Gutierrez were invited by a couple of innovative entrepreneurs to create a new space in the Dehesa; a place born from the family to offer a close, simple and welcoming environment. That is how in June 2013 these sisters opened the doors of Margó, a place with its own identity that conquered its audience with its warmth and pleasant atmosphere. The name of the place honors the Gutiérrez sisters' grandmother, Margot Irarrázaval, who passed on to her relatives the true meaning of what it is to enjoy life and family, the power of meeting, sharing and appreciating good times . Today, with several years of experience and three open stores (La Dehesa - Parque Arauco - Isidora Goyenechea), in addition to their own recipe book, Margó and her team try to continue growing and looking for new recipes and ideas to innovate.
