Most of the meat is pork, and one of the dishes that the restaurant is proud to offer is Samgyeopsal made with Maesan pork. The pork we use is rare, with only about 100 pigs produced each year at Tsukahara Farm in Ibaraki Prefecture. It is characterized by its juicy meat and soft texture, and the umami that comes out from the meat when you put it in your mouth has won the hearts of many customers.
